Harborlight West Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
