Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Basin Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
