Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
