Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Timber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Memphis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
