Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Partners and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
