Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Summit Property Management Group is a Memphis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
