Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Madison, WI)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Madison area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
