Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
