Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Louisville, KY)

Summit Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Louisville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
