Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
