Cedar Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
