Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Louisville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
