Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
