Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Wilder Housing manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 914 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
