Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Summit Property Management Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
