Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Cobalt Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
