Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Las Vegas with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
