Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
