Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Hollow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Knoxville area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 311 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
