Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Union Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
