Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Knoxville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
