Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Kansas City with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
