Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Kansas City, MO)

Nova Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Kansas City. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
