Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
