Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 923 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
