Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Vale Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Jacksonville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
