Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jacksonville, FL)

Foxglove Pine Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
