Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Jackson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
