Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
