Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Lakeside Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jackson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
