Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jackson, MS)

Amberfield Hollow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Jackson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
