Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Jackson, MS)

Nova Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Jackson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
