Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Indianapolis area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
