Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
