Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners is a Indianapolis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
