Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Indianapolis with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
