Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Houston, TX)

Summit Union Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
