Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Houston, TX)

Nova Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 474 people based in Houston. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
