Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Houston, TX)

Nova Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Houston, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
