Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Houston. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
