Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bright Union Hospitality Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
