Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Fern Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
