Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Yarrow Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
