Ironwood Granite Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
