Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Hartford, CT)

Summit Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Hartford. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
