Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
