Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Facilities Group is a facilities company in Fresno with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
