Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fresno with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
