Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vale Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
