Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fresno, CA)

Bright Oak Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Fresno. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
